From 8:00, until 24:00 (Japanese standard time) except for Saturday, Sunday,
the national holidays and the New Year's Day (from December 31, until January 3).

- Before the use

For using this system, a company code, a secretariat code (only a secretariat),
an NESS ID (only a Grantees) and a password are necessary.
Don't tell your password to another person.
If you will forget a company code, your NESS ID or your password, ask the secretariat.
