This is a stock option management system. This service is provided by SMBC Nikko Securities Inc.

- Contents of a service: You can refer the condition of your stock option plans and request for exercise.

- Service time: From 8:00, until 24:00 (Japanese standard time) except for Saturday, Sunday, the national holidays and the New Year's Day (from December 31, until January 3).

- Before the use: For using this system, a company code, a secretariat code (only a secretariat), an employee code (only a Grantees) and a password are necessary.
Don't tell your password to another person.
If you will forget a company code, your employee code or your password, ask the secretariat.

- To view the PDF files, Acrobat Reader Version 4.0J or above is recommended.
